works well. I instantly stopped snoring on the first use. It is easy to clean and I like the case since I fall asleep in the kids room frequently I can bring it with me. I did find my lower teeth to be very sore and I couldn't eat in the morning until a few hours had passed but after two weeks it doesn't hurt but I have to wait about an hour before my teeth don't hurt from eating.
