According to The New York Times, Blackberry addicts affected by last week’s outage suffered withdrawal symptoms, including insomnia.  Can any of this blog’s readers verify that their sleep was affected by the temporary information withdrawal?

    I hope you are doing well. This story you mention reminds me of an HBO documentary that will be aired May 23 about the filmaker’s stressors that have led to chronic insomnia. It just so happens that a few of our friends from the Sleep Professional Community — Drs.
